Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards. If the product is damage or not as described, please email us and we'll work on getting the situation figured out together.

Cancellations can be made prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee.

All packages will ship within 3 business days of ordering. Single card items will ship with a penny sleeve, top loader, cardboard ends, and a bubble mailer or bubble wrap, if there are more singles ordered.

All "pre-order" items will ship once all "pre-order" items in your order have arrived to us. If you have a "non pre-order" item ordered with a "pre-order" item. Those items will ship when we ship out the "pre-order" item. For example, if you order a "non pre-order" item and a "pre-order" item, and the "pre-order" item doesn't come in for 2 months. We will ship your full order in 2 months. If you want your "non pre-order" item right away, please add them to a separate card and check-out with a separate order.
